The problem of poor organization is a serious
international situation, costing trillions in
waste, inefficiency and lowered productivity
each year. On a personal level, organization is
a key — and often missing — factor in personal success.
In fact, attainment of one’s goals, no matter how
large or small, requires a knowledge of organization,
covering such basic concepts as: how to most
efficiently and productively manage time, activities
and resources; and how to minimize distractions and
align strengths in order to accomplish purposes. All
of which is why Volunteer Ministers provide this
technology wherever they go.
“I completed several Volunteer Minister courses
relating to my career as an executive in an
engineering firm, including how to set targets and
achieve goals, how to improve communication
skills, and the basics of organizing an activity so
that it succeeds. The benefits to me personally
have been very great indeed.
“I am able to communicate far better with my
clients and my colleagues, understanding their
needs and presenting solutions properly. I can
set targets and achieve them. Troubleshooting
is simple, because I know where to find situations
and how to handle them. My country is small.
Many people are unemployed. But using this
technology we can expand our businesses and
create more jobs for others. This means real
hope for my country. L. Ron Hubbard was a
man of great vision. His work is helping people
worldwide today in a great many spheres.”
